About Kirk

Kirk Myers graduated from Southwest Missouri State in 1987 with a B.S. in Communications. He got his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1990 and received a master in law from Tulane University in 1991. Kirk is the firm`s litigator and has argued many of the nation`s leading bankruptcy cases, such as In Re Stewart, In Re Fitch, and In Re McKain. Kirk has also been a speaker at the annual LSU Bankruptcy Seminar and at Loyola University..

About Elisabeth

Elisabeth Harrington graduated from Duke University in 1987 with a B.A. in English and Political Science. She got her J.D. from Tulane University in 1990 and received her Master in law from Tulane in 1991. Elisabeth has filed over 3600 bankruptcy cases and has helped thousands more restructure their finances and obligations since 1991.
